We want to support the flattening of the coronavirus curve and help foster the health of our city and world by taking every reasonable precaution that we can. Our employees’ health and well-being – along with that of our clients – are of paramount importance to us.

On Friday, March 13th, Convergence issued a policy to its in-office employees and contractors stating that until the end of March – and perhaps beyond, the necessity of which we shall determine at a later date – we encourage everyone to consider working remotely.

On Monday, March 16th, 80% of our Downtown office staff had elected to work remotely. Our offices have significantly reduced their density of personnel.

We are putting in extra effort in order to maintain our level of productivity. If you should, however, notice a decrease in project velocity – or any other deviation from the service standards which we strive to maintain and improve upon – please do not hesitate to let me know directly so that we may do our very best to remedy the situation.

We appreciate your understanding and wish your business all the best as we weather the current storm together.

Thank you.
